    Position Overview
    We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Fontana, CA. This role involves providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automotive performance products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical assistance on S&B products.

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through solutions.

    • Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.

    • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical problems.

    • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer experiences.

    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency with CRM, Ticket Systems, Accounting systems and support tools.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
