Position Overview :
Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt is seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist to join our Portland office. This position requires full-time in-office presence (Monday through Friday) for the first 90 days. After this initial period, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week, though additional days may be required based on project demands or coverage needs. The position also includes participation in after-hours and weekend support on a rotating basis.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be part of a high-performing IT team supporting a 350-user law firm. In this front-line role, your technical expertise and customer service skills will be key as you troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues—primarily within Microsoft Office—to ensure smooth daily operations for attorneys and staff. Success in this role requires a proactive, user-friendly approach to problem-solving and the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
