As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and reliable Remote Technical Support Specialist to ensure our staff have the technical tools and support needed to provide seamless healthcare services.
Position Summary:
We are urgently hiring a Remote Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for our medical staff, administrative users, and remote teams. This role is key to ensuring minimal downtime for critical systems and maintaining HIPAA-compliant IT operations across our organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Support Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, scheduling systems, and telehealth tools.
Monitor support ticket queue and respond to issues within SLA timelines.
Assist in setup and configuration of workstations, VPNs, printers, and VoIP phones.
Work closely with clinical staff to understand and resolve user issues.
Escalate complex problems to higher-tier support or vendors as needed.
Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Ensure all support activity complies with HIPAA and company security policies.
