  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:
      • User manuals
      • Installation and maintenance guides
      • Product datasheets
      • Internal Operation Instructions
    • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts from customers to gather technical information.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for different audiences.
    • Ensure documentation is consistent in style, tone, and format, adhering to brand and regulatory standards.
    • Create diagrams, charts, and visuals to support documentation (using tools such as Visio OR Draw or similar).
    • Maintain document version control and ensure timely updates based on product changes or feedback.
    • Assist in standardizing documentation practices and templates across departments.
    • Ensure created document content to market specific regulations (UL & AHRI Regulatory standards) together with engineers and subject matter experts
    • Establish & deliver technical documents planning together with project teams and follow up per each project milestones
    • Ownership to resolve technical problems or prompt response to address issues and escalate as needed
    • Be a team player within cross function teams, understand multidiscipline needs
    • Adhere to Safety & Security Protocols
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in an engineering or software development environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, Visio, MadCap Flare, Revit, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with content management systems and version control tools
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. UL, ASHRAE, AHRI, CE, ISO) is a plus.

    Preferred Skills
    Experience working in manufacturing, HVAC, energy systems.
    • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with CAD drawings is a plus
    • Understanding of Revit software’s and experience with it
    • Agile or other software/product development methodologies.
