You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customer success, and marketing to ensure that product knowledge is clear, accurate, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Writing
Develop and maintain user guides, release notes, FAQs, technical documentation, and help center content for the Client product suite
Translate complex product features into clear, concise, user-friendly content
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay current on new features and use cases
Maintain consistent tone, voice, and formatting across all documentation
Training
Design, develop, and deliver live and recorded training sessions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Create learning materials such as slide decks, videos, tutorials, and product walkthroughs
Manage onboarding resources and product knowledge for Customer Success and Sales Enablement
Collect feedback on training effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical writing, product training, instructional design, or a related role in a SaaS or tech environment
Familiarity with revenue recognition or financial/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ/Billing, NetSuite, Zuora) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Loom, and other documentation and training platforms
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
