We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Writer & Business Process Manager to join our team supporting critical Department of Defense programs. In this role, you’ll take complex technical and operational processes—some in highly secure environments—and turn them into clear, usable content for military, civilian, and contractor audiences. You’ll also design and manage efficient business processes that keep projects running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Work closely with subject matter experts to translate technical details into clear, accurate documentation.
Develop, manage, and improve business processes for Program Management Office (PMO) operations.
Ensure all documents are up-to-date, consistent, and meet DoD standards—both in classified and unclassified settings.
Manage workflows, track tasks, and keep stakeholders informed.
Produce clear and engaging reports, presentations, and communication materials.
Leverage tools like Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office to manage content and workflows.
Analyze project performance data and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and keep projects on schedule.
What You Bring
Clearance: Active TS/SCI (willingness to take a CI polygraph).
Experience:
Experience with DoD programs, including SAP or SCI environments within the past 5 years.
Proven success creating user-focused technical documentation.
Strong background in workflow design, process optimization, and program management support.
Technical Skills:
Expert-level Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
Proficient with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
Skilled at version control and maintaining accuracy across documents.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communicator—able to bridge the gap between technical experts and everyday users.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
