RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a telecom compliance and communications technology company supporting high volume inbound and outbound communications infrastructure. The organization operates across caller authentication, branded communications, AI enabled communication tools, SIP VPN infrastructure, DID management, and API driven telecom platforms.

Our client is seeking a Technical Writer for a remote Florida based contract engagement expected to run 3+ months. This person will review the company UI, website, and platform workflows, then create clear step by step documentation explaining how users complete key actions.

Key responsibilities include:

* Creating user guides, SOPs, help documents, FAQs, and knowledge base content

* Navigating web based software workflows and documenting each process accurately

* Capturing and organizing screenshots where needed

* Working with product, support, operations, and technical stakeholders to confirm accuracy

* Translating technical platform processes into clear internal and user facing instructions

* Maintaining consistent formatting, terminology, and documentation structure

The ideal background includes technical writing, product documentation, software documentation, SaaS documentation, telecom, VoIP, contact center technology, or API driven platform exposure. Coding experience is not required, but comfort working around technical software environments is important.

This is a 3+ month remote contract role for candidates located in Florida.
