REQUIREMENT: Technical Writer

Austin, Texas (Remote)---Locals Only Long Term Contract Need Overall 12+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years of Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.

8 years of Familiarity with documenting software issues, release notes, and technical guides

8 years of Experience with Jira or similar application life-cycle management tools

8 years of experience providing customer service and training.

8 years of Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

8 years of Experience in customer service, with strong communication skills.

8 years of High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.

8 years of Experience in training other team members.

Preferred:

8 years of Experience working with the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) and its data collections.

Specific Skills:

Technical writing for software/app documentation

Jira or similar ALM tools

Team collaboration skills

Customer service & training experience

Strong written/verbal communication

Attention to detail & multitasking

Knowledge of Texas Student Data System (TSDS) data collections
