    Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Writer with experience in creating, editing, and managing software documentation. The role involves developing user documentation, collaborating with SMEs, and publishing high-quality artifacts while adhering to documentation standards and governance policies in an agile environment.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    BS in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience

    2+ years of experience writing, editing, and planning software documentation

    Experience with Siebel CRM Technical System Administration (Windows and Unix)

    Strong technical writing, content review, and publication skills

    Excellent written communication and grammar skills

    Ability to follow style guides, formatting standards, and documentation usability concepts

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify target personas and develop audience-specific documentation

    Use advanced authoring tools to draft user documentation

    Apply structured organization and navigation techniques in documentation

    Adhere to document governance and security policies

    Gather content from SMEs to create release documentation

    Execute workflows to finalize and publish documentation artifacts

    Draft, review, and submit documentation for editorial and technical approval

    Prepare and publish content using local and cloud-based systems

    Develop operational, process, and release documentation

    Conduct interviews with technical resources to gather data

    Use templates to create process and reference documents

    Ensure documentation meets QA and company standards

    Provide documentation support to teams or business segments

    Create deliverables for internal and customer audiences

    Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA activities

    Nice to Have

    Cloud certification preferred.
