We are seeking a seasoned technical writer to operationalize a documentation suite that supports customer adoption of wireless telecommunications equipment. This role involves building detailed, self-serve technical resources that enable customers to understand and seamlessly integrate hardware products into complex network environments. This is a foundational documentation project: the writer will structure, author, and unify a comprehensive portfolio of support materials, ranging from installation manuals to technical specifications and troubleshooting/FAQ content.
Audit existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for consolidation or improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, product, operations, and customer success, to extract accurate, relevant technical information and to understand the intended audience for collateral.
Develop core customer-facing documents such as:
Create a scalable, coherent information architecture that supports intuitive navigation and discoverability.
Collaborate with marketing to standardize technical language, visuals, and formatting across all documentation.
Translate highly complex concepts related to hardware, software, firmware, and networking into accessible language for a range of audiences.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to validate documentation and iterate as needed.
