Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in technical or engineering roles
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing engineering and technical talent
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques
- Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other technical talent databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience conducting technical screening interviews and assessing technical competencies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Knowledge of the AI, machine learning, and software engineering landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML, data science, or software engineering positions
- Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology relevant to the AI industry
- Attendance at or participation in tech conferences and industry networking events
- Background in a fast-paced startup environment
