    Job Description

    Our AI start-up client is looking for a technical sourcer to come on-site to their San Francisco office. In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Sourcing and identifying qualified technical talent through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional networks
    • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of pre-qualified engineering and technical candidates
    • Conducting initial technical screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
    • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
    • Utilizing advanced sourcing tools, databases, and Boolean search techniques to identify passive and active candidates
    • Networking within the AI and tech community to build relationships and establish the company as an employer of choice
    • Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
    • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
    • Participating in employer branding initiatives and attending industry events and conferences
    • Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the AI sector
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of sourcing experience in technical or engineering roles
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing engineering and technical talent
    • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques
    • Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other technical talent databases
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
    • Experience conducting technical screening interviews and assessing technical competencies
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
    • Knowledge of the AI, machine learning, and software engineering landscape

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience recruiting for AI/ML, data science, or software engineering positions
    • Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology relevant to the AI industry
    • Attendance at or participation in tech conferences and industry networking events
    • Background in a fast-paced startup environment
