Responsibilities

Communicate with crew leaders and team members

Deliver a world-class customer experience

Develop trade skills in drywall installation, repair, finishing and painting

Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects

Load and unload materials and equipment

Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness

Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques

Follow safety protocols and procedures

Support crew with measurements and material prep

Requirements

Must speak English

Willingness to learn and strong work ethic

Reliable transportation and punctual

Some work experience in construction (home services) is a bonus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Clean driving record
