We are seeking a Technician for our Lexington crews.

As the Technician, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. Working hours are 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime. This will include weekends and nights as required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ● Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy safety lines, athletic court resurfacing, epoxy flooring and more ● Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project ● Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager ● Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site ● Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING ● A valid Kentucky driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation ● You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve ● You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail ● Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs) ● Ability to work well independently unsupervised ● Past experience as a crew leader preferred ● Past experience with small engines, line striping, asphalt repair, athletic court resurfacing and sealcoating preferred

This is a W2 Full Time Hourly Position with the following benefits. • Base Pay: $20/hr - $30/hr Based on Experience • 401k Retirement Plan
