Water & Fire Damage Restoration Technician $22–$25/ hr + Overtime Available

We are a fast-growing restoration and insulation company serving the Buffalo area, and we are hiring motivated, dependable team members immediately.

If you have experience in construction, demolition, roofing, flooring, remodeling, insulation, HVAC, plumbing, or general labor this is a strong long-term opportunity. No restoration or insulation experience? We will train the right person with the right attitude.

This is steady, year-round work with real advancement potential. We are building a team of leaders, not just filling positions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Water extraction and structural drying

Mold remediation and containment setup

Fire and smoke damage cleanup

Demolition of damaged materials

Equipment setup (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)

Blown-in insulation installation (cellulose and other materials)

Working in attics, crawlspaces, and job sites as needed

Emergency response services when required

The work is physical and fast-paced. You will be helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected damage while also improving energy efficiency through insulation services. Every day is different, and the opportunity to grow is real.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Strong work ethic and reliability

Team player mindset

Construction or labor background preferred but not required
