    Day-to-Day Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing:

    Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles service van, restocking tools and equipment

    Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments

    Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details

    Have clients sign Terms & Conditions prior to work

    Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers

    Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed

    This is a non-construction, non-repair role. You won’t be asked to perform plumbing, electrical, roofing, or general contractor services.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions

    Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools

    Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services

    Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality
