We are seeking a Flexographic Press Operator for the following shift in our Crystal Lake, IL facility:

**Shift available: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F

**

**Required Skills:

**

• H.S. Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, must be 18 years or older

• 2 + years roll to roll, wide web, min of 40" wide, central impression flexo press operator experience

• Ability to read and interpret measurements up to a 16th of an inch using a ruler or tape measure.

• Ability to stand/walk for 8-12-hour shifts

• Ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness

• Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply to figure footage and lineal footage

• Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs; push, pull, maneuver very large rolls of materials weighing several hundred pounds with the use of equipment on a daily basis.

• Ability to squat, bend, crouch, and kneel.

• Ability to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors.

The Press Operator at Technipaq is responsible for producing quality printed material consistently. Able to manage press and helper at all times. Must also be able to monitor workspace for safety compliance and cleanliness, manage daily housekeeping activities andother responsibilities as assigned.
