Position Summary:
The Service | Project Coordinator is a critical role responsible for the effective management of service requests and projects. This position requires you to manage incoming service requests, oversee scheduling and dispatch processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate necessary resources for service completion. This role is an excellent opportunity for those with experience in IT services coordination and who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
• Triage incoming web and phone requests for service
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatch process for all Service Orders (SOs) • Follow up with customers on selected completed SOs to ensure their expectations have been met
• Coordinate with other departments to assess the status of equipment, scheduling, approved quotes/projects
• Ensure all necessary resources to complete a SO are in place, including communication with the customer and other vendors impacting the project/SO
• Adapt quickly to changing responsibilities and take ownership of other projects as assigned
• Report recurring issues to management • Above all, ensure a positive internal and external customer experience
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in a service coordinator role
• Prior experience in an IT Services company (preferably a Managed Service Provider)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a hectic environment
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Office 365 products
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and think creatively to resolve issues
