We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and technically skilled Technology & AI Systems Support Specialist to support the setup, management, troubleshooting, and optimization of the devices, software, applications, and digital systems used in daily business operations.

This position is based in Whitefish, Montana, and we are only seeking local applicants at this time. This is not a remote role.

This role is also ideal for someone who is excited by innovation and wants to work closely as an assistant to the creator of an AI startup. The right candidate will help support both day-to-day technology needs and the larger vision of building and organizing systems around an emerging AI-focused business.

The ideal candidate is highly comfortable with both everyday technology and emerging AI tools, especially platforms like Claude and other advanced AI systems. They should be able to think strategically about how technology and AI can improve workflows, reduce friction, solve problems, and support growth.

This person will play a key role in helping maintain smooth technological function across smartphones, iPads, laptops, apps, accounts, software platforms, and AI-powered systems. They should be resourceful, forward-thinking, and confident helping others understand and use technology more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, organize, and maintain smartphones, iPads, laptops, and related devices

Install, update, troubleshoot, and manage apps, software programs, and digital tools

Support the organization and maintenance of business-related systems, accounts, platforms, and workflows

Identify technical issues and provide timely, practical solutions

Help integrate new software, applications, and digital systems into existing operations

Stay current on new and emerging AI tools, especially platforms such as Claude and other advanced AI systems

Evaluate and recommend the most effective technology or AI tools for specific business needs

Assist with implementation, testing, and optimization of AI tools and workflows

Help team members understand how to use technology and AI tools effectively in their day-to-day work

Create and maintain organized documentation for systems, processes, setups, and troubleshooting steps

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, automation, and overall system function

Provide direct technology and systems support to the creator of an AI startup, assisting with both practical needs and evolving projects

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with smartphones, tablets, laptops, apps, software platforms, and digital systems

Strong technical ability in device setup, app configuration, troubleshooting, and systems support

Strong familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, or similar systems

Ability to quickly learn, test, and adapt to new technologies

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems efficiently

Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical way

Must be local to Whitefish or surrounding areas and available to work in person

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting business operations, workflow systems, or digital infrastructure

Familiarity with AI use cases for productivity, writing, research, organization, automation, and communication

Ability to compare tools and determine which platform is best for a given task or goal

Experience helping individuals or teams adopt new technologies successfully

Strong comfort working across multiple platforms, accounts, and systems at once

Interest in working alongside a founder or creator in a growing startup environment
