    CereCore is seeking to hire a Learning Technology Administrator onsite in Brentwood, TN. 

    This position provides support for Learning Management System used at HCA GME. The ideal candidate for this position has experience supporting LMS issues and creating online courses from the point of inception through delivery/publishing into the GME LMS.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and implement maintenance requirements for courses in production including resolution of course issues, discovery of new configuration requirements and the configuration of constituent applications.
    • Maintain timely and professional written and verbal communications with faculty members, content experts and other related partners.
    • Collaborate in vendor evaluations for products that are projected to deliver significant business value, require infrastructure changes, or present significant technical or operational risk.
      • The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and adult learning tactics.
      • Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel techniques in developing course materials.
      • Possess effective interpersonal skills that foster strong working relationships.
      • Design, develop and update content-specific, competency-based education programs.
    • Serve as point of escalation from Client Support Services and corporate business owners.
    • Provide hands-on expertise to resolve service delivery or functionality issues with a product, frequently communicating with end users and vendors.

      EDUCATION:

      • REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program providing training in a related field.
      • PREFFERED: Minimum of five (2) years of professional experience in managing learning management systems.

         

        EXPERIENCE:

        • Experience as an Enterprise and Institutional Administration for a Learning Management Systems.
        • Experience with eLearning develop tools/authorware and basic HTML coding skills
        • Experience at hierarchy management for a Learning Management System.
        • Knowledge of eLearning standards such as SCORM Ability to model values of the organization.
        • Excellent organizational skills.
        • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
        • Proven skill in managing customer expectations.
        • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
        • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Ability to think strategically, critically analyze and synthesize data and scientific information
    • Ability to coordinate and facilitate the work of committees, councils, vendors, and other groups.
    • Ability to develop comprehensive outcomes reports.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
    • Ability to plan and execute complex educational initiatives, including developing work plans, promotion plans, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
