Now Hiring | Technology Change Management Specialist | Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Cannon Search is partnering with a well-established professional services organization in Boston to find an experienced change management professional eager to make a real impact on how people across a large, complex organization adopt and embrace new technology — with a particular focus on AI.

This is a newly created, high-visibility role with significant room to shape strategy from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

→ Develop and execute a comprehensive change management and communications strategy for AI and technology initiatives across a large professional workforce

→ Create tailored communication plans that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools among diverse employee groups

→ Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify change impacts and develop targeted enablement strategies

→ Monitor adoption metrics and continuously refine AI communications to reduce resistance and accelerate results

→ Collaborate with business development teams to support AI and technology-related content for external client inquiries

Experience:

→ 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or technology adoption

→ Demonstrated success leading change initiatives for large-scale AI or technology rollouts

→ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to translate complex AI and tech concepts for non-technical audiences

→ Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar)

→ Experience working in a large, matrixed, or professional services environment a strong plus

→ Hands-on experience with AI or generative AI tools preferred

→ Bachelor’s degree required
