On-Site Technology Coordinator

    Stalmic Distributors is seeking a reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and determined individual to join our team. This position requires multitasking, strong organizational skills, prioritization, and timeliness. The Technology Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the company’s technology, technology systems, and supporting various projects and teams across three warehouses in two different states. This is not a remote position; it is on-site, in Townsend, GA. Benefits: • Company-paid health insurance for employee (family coverage optional at employee cost). • Optional vision and dental insurance. • 401(k) plan with 3% company match after 1 year. • Paid time off • Paid holidays. • Potential to participate in a bonus plan Responsibilities: • Maintain all company technology, including servers, computers, laptops, virtual machines, phones, tablets, televisions, and printers. • Attend trade shows as needed (company covers travel expenses). • Collaborate with leaders, outside entities, and sales teams on projects. • Maintain and analyze Excel spreadsheets. • Create, pull, and interpret a variety of reports. • Perform general office duties. • Develop and analyze questionnaires and other (Microsoft) feedback forms. • Work independently to complete assigned tasks. • Attend meetings and participate in company goals. • Ensure in maintaining an organized workspace. • Perform soft data mining. • Learn and work with different software, websites, and platforms. • Put together and assist in giving presentations as required. • Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents. • Assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required Skills & Competencies: • Proficiency with Excel (power user preferred), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AI tools, ChatGPT, and MailChimp. • Ability to use office equipment (copiers, printers, etc). • Computer literacy and typing skills. • Experience in data mining and data management a plus. • Attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Tech maintenance. Education & Experience Requirements: • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Computer experience required. • Excel power user preferred. • bMobile, QuickBooks, and NetSuite experience highly preferred. Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly salary
