As ReactJs Lead, you will help leading front end team and have responsibility for the technical execution, hiring and strategy that will enable the company to achieve its scaleup objectives.

You’re well spoken, team-oriented, and can effortlessly navigate interactions from C-class to application engineer. You’ve got a solid background in web technologies, an eye for user experience, and a vision for how a successful product should work.

Responsibilities

Oversee the company's technical product development & roadmap

Coordinate the Tech department's task assignment, work processes, and meetings

Solve complex architectural problems with simple and elegant solutions

Lead all phases of software development, from planning to deployment to support

Qualifications

Team and project management experience with SaaS startup and/or scaleups

Excellent project management and communication skills

Adept at finding the right tool for each task, avoiding the NIH syndrome

Able to communicate technical challenges clearly, and provide company management with detailed and costed solutions

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering building web applications

Thorough understanding and work experience in any back-end language, such as Java

Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring other engineers

Experience managing a sizable codebase

A natural communicator with a passion for business

A professional engineer who understands the importance of well-tested code and rigorous coding practices
