    WHAT AWAITS YOU.

    • Enable the next generation of Customer Support experiences. Define and establish the vision and target landscape for 3rd party technology products in BMW and MINI Customer Support, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and customer experience goals.
    • Create and manage the integration strategy for 3rd party suppliers, including integrations towards customer frontends like the My BMW App. Coordinate requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality across internal platforms and related systems.
    • Validate all integrations and changes, instruct validation teams, approve results, and manage quality gateways.
    • Oversee interface documentation and contracts, including design, specifications, schema development, and securing agreements with 3rd party partners.
    • Monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities, implementing enhancements where feasible and reporting on system status and critical issues.
    • Act as primary contact for 3rd party suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards, IT security, and data privacy, while governing access to integration platforms.
    • Evaluate new opportunities and proposals, assess emerging technologies and suppliers, align with strategy, and drive implementation of beneficial integrations.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business - or equivalent work experienc
    • 5-10 years' experience in wholesale/retail in an OEM- preferably in a Customer Support or Information Technology
    • area with specific areas including service processes, good knowledge of retail processes (esp. Customer Support and Service)
    • 3-5 years' experience leading teams and managing external vendors
    • 5-7 years managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Expert knowledge of Confluence, JIRA
    • Expert knowledge of APIs (XML, REST, JSON)
    • Advanced knowledge of database schemas and systems (Oracle, SQL, Postgres)
    • Advanced knowledge of programming frameworks and languages (Java, C++)

    This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.

    The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00

    The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
