Responsibilities
Provide technical customer service to customers
Triage and respond to requests via phone, email, and in person
Follow established procedures to troubleshoot technical issues and complete maintenance requests
Troubleshoot advanced technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
Communicate clearly with customers to ensure issues are resolved and fully understood
Provide customer training and guidance to help them better leverage technology
