    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical customer service to customers

    • Triage and respond to requests via phone, email, and in person

    • Follow established procedures to troubleshoot technical issues and complete maintenance requests

    • Troubleshoot advanced technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them

    • Communicate clearly with customers to ensure issues are resolved and fully understood

    • Provide customer training and guidance to help them better leverage technology

    • Able to understand technical problems and follow technical procedures

    Qualifications

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Knowledge and experience in information technology

    • Experience in project management

    • Ability to conduct research and stay current with industry trends

    • Proficient in Windows and or MacOS administration

    • Proficient in Google Workspaces and or Microsoft Office 365
