Do you want to develop your skills in information technology and learn how to land your dream technology internship or full-time opportunity? Paycom’s Technology Summer Engagement Program is a developmental program designed to train current computer science or technical students on basic technical skills and professional development while providing insight on working in the technology sector. This two-week virtual program will take place July 10-20 and will be a time commitment of approximately two hours per weekday. This is an unpaid program and not an employment opportunity with Paycom. You must have resume and transcript to apply.

Training areas will include:

• programming workshops
• technical seminars
• application security technical talks
• professional development seminars

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or masters computer science or technical program at an accredited university Interest and aptitude for information technology opportunities

The Summer Engagement Program is designed to be a recruitment and engagement strategy for college and university students that are interested in Paycom and are not part of one of our other internship programs. The intent of this program is to educate these students about Paycom, careers in the technology industry, and expand their understanding of potential roles after they graduate.

This program does not perform any work for the benefit of Paycom and is solely intended for educational and recruitment purposes.

We leverage our Applicant Tracking System to collect information from interested students prior to making selections for the program.

Those selected should not be set up as employees and therefore receive no compensation or benefits.
