Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of experience advising companies on US federal and state privacy laws

• Experience in developing data protection programs, conducting privacy assessments, drafting privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements

• Experience with high-risk privacy issues (AI, adtech, health data, biometric data, kids/teen data)

• Strong academic credentials; prior peer law firm experience is a plus
