Here are the details:

JOB TITLE: IVR Developer

LOCATION: 100% Remote (Post Covid onsite in CLT or STL)

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 month contract, Strong possibility of extension

REQUIRED SKILLS: IVR, Java and Avaya / Genesys / Cisco

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants must have experience with IVR Developer.

1. MID TO SR. DEVELOPER, 6-8+ YEARS.
   1. 5+ years as IVR developer
   2. Avaya voice portal experience, develop and deploy. Can have Cisco or Genesis if not Avaya.
   3. Exposure to Java, webservices.

Plusses: Jenkins/Kubernetes/Dockers, GCP or AWS

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES/PROJECT SPECIFICS:

-Main tasks will revolve around IVR development.

-Taking in house work and building upon, also building from scratch.

-Participate in high level discussions around the IVR development and other UI development.
