    Job Description

    National IoT Sales representative is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals. The National IoT Sales representative shall actively pursue sales work with Techship´s customers under their own responsibility, while also ensuring Techship´s quality work with our customers.

    RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Proactive sales and conduct post sales follow up with existing IoT customers, as well as customers from their own lead generation, under their sales code via mainly phone and e-mail used as main tools.

    • Grow Techship’s small/medium sized customer base by both the number of accounts and revenue.

    • Make product recommendations that benefit both customer and Techship to jointly grow our business together, both revenue wise and profitably.

    • Correspond with Techship and our suppliers product and engineering teams to assist with complex customer projects.

    • Prepare and present sales activities and results report on a periodic basis.

    • Responsible for achieving their sales budget and joint company targets by demonstrating proactive sales work, including all product categories.

    • Answer and handle telephone/e-mail inquiries regarding orders, products, services, and see that other matters are forwarded and answered within the organization. For example, forwarding on technical questions and making sure that they are answered as timely and efficiently as possible.

    • Support and collaborate with our regional sales managers to grow business in different territories.

    • Maintain and update customer portfolio and activities in CRM and business system.

    • Attend fairs, both where we exhibit and act as “selling visitor”.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor Degree Preferred

    • Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, or other related fields.

    • The ideal candidate have experience in selling complex hardware solution within the wireless industry.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

    • High-degree of initiative.
