Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer Summer Internship to become an integral part of our team! Software Engineer internship at a Fin-Tech Startup for college credit only. Internship is fully remote and for academic credit only. Location of the candidate is not important as long as candidate is located in US.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be enrolled in a CS Master’s or PHD program in very high-ranking school
• Previous experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields
• Proficient in at least two programming language with a focus on web development and backend (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, C++, C)
• Familiar with modern web development tools and frameworks available in proficient languages e.g., React, Angular, Django, Flask, Rails etc
• Familiar with database systems e.g., SQLite, Postgres, MongoDB, Graph database etc
• Good understanding of cloud software architecture, object-oriented design, and industry best practices.
• Aptitude for programming demonstrated through projects or prior work experience
• Ability to complete a coding exercise as part of the application process
• Team player with positive attitude and energy
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Min 35 hours a week.
