This isn’t a role for just any Marketing Professional, we’re looking for the one who can THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX and harness the power of social media, direct mail and advertising to connect with our clients and prospective new clients. You’ll be using your EXPERTISE to assist with campaign development, ANALYZE campaign effectiveness, and EXECUTE effective marketing strategies. You will play an integral role in BUILDING AND ENGAGING our client base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term success of our company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of the marketer are to drive leads, create agency brand awareness and deliver prospects to the agency by developing strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting the products, services and the people of our business. Through proven relationship building techniques, community involvement, social media and other avenues, the marketer creates and maintains valuable relationships which in turn generate opportunities our business would not otherwise have.

    • Organic Growth - using inbound and outbound marketing tactics to increase lead opportunities
    • Net Growth - using marketing tactics to increase retention of existing clients
    • Manage Cross Sell and Upsell Campaigns for existing accounts

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous sales, marketing, or promotions experience, Insurance Marketing experience a plus. 
    • Strong computer and technical skills, including the ability to leverage social media for agency growth.
    • Outside the box creativity with strong problem solving skills.
    • Detail oriented and excellent time management with the ability to work independently. 
    • Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
