You will advocate for clients, advise them on the best course of action, and implement their legal support plan. You should have previous trial experience, be able to manage a decent caseload and use your general counsel experience and interpersonal skills to mentor our lower-level associates to ensure a continued legacy of prosperity. Responsibilities: • Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree) • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills • Member of state and local bar associations in good standing • Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 yearly
