Responsibilities: • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs • Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions • Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques • Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws Qualifications: • Admitted to local and state bar associations • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree) • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 yearly
