Job Description
The CES’ (Client Engagement Specialist) main task will be to book free coaching sessions. As a CES, you will be the first person that our client’s interact with. Therefore, your performance will be key to starting the relationship off right with our company!
Some attributes that will be paramount in this role are as follows:
Great customer service skills are a must. If you're NOT comfortable talking to people, flushing out objections and working at a fast pace, then this isn't for you.
You must be a super high communicator, not only with clients, but with your teammates. We have an amazing team, and we intend to keep it that way. Show up and keep your commitments, communicate consistently and positively with your team at all times, as we continue to empower each other and serve our clients at the highest level.
You must desire to be with an organization long-term. We are looking for people that can be flexible and work a part-time schedule. If you're looking to get some experience and go somewhere else, please don't apply.
Be able to work from home efficiently. YES…You can work from anywhere you like! But you must work hard because this position is performance-based.
Requirements:
High-speed internet, computer, headphones & a quiet/distraction free area.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. CST with 30 minute break
Or
Saturday & Sunday. 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. CST with 1 hour break
Compensation:
$16 per hour and $20 bonus for all appointments set after the first 25 each week
