We are a fast-paced, private dental office that focuses on comprehensive dental care while balancing hard work with fun and new learning. Dr. Tedders is a board-certified implantologist, national educator and AAID National Examiner who is passionate about implant surgery and restorative care. With his focus on patient education and deepening our pateint relationships, we are now looking for the best and brightest who share in our passion for serving our patients and community.

This opportunity is for a four day schedule (ideally Monday – Friday) and to support further developing our implant maintenance program, overall recare, and patient education.

Responsibilities:

Educate and consult patient discussing treatment needs and presenting treatment plans.

Develop and maintain hygiene schedule.

Manage unscheduled list, treatment pending, missed appointments, and next visit scheduling to meet standard of care.

Accurately and efficiently chart existing and future treatment needs.

Follow office procedures for patient referrals.

Work as a team to comply with OSHA and HIPPA guidelines.

Sterilize and maintain hygiene instrumentation and equipment.

Obtain patient demographics, medical history, and vitals.

Obtain series of needs intra/extra-oral photos and/or radiographs.

Document clear and thorough clinical notes.

Ability to convey and present treatment plans would be a wonderful asset!

Credentials:

Current Michigan RDH license required.

Current and/or willing to be certified BLS.

Ability to work a minimum of two days, possibly three days per week.

Anesthesia certification preferred, not required.
