A few things we are looking for are:

-Minimum 1 year previous manager experience in a restaurant

-Must have the ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and deliver excellent service

-Must be able to build, lead and motivate a 20 member team in a fast-paced and changing environment

-Must have open availability

-Must have verifiable references
