About the Role:

Join NORTH GEORGIA ANGEL HOUSE INC as a Teen Enrichment Specialist, where you will empower and inspire teens in our community. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to create engaging programs that promote personal growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enrichment programs tailored to the needs of teens.

Facilitate workshops and activities that foster life skills and personal development.

Provide mentorship and guidance to teens, promoting positive relationships.

Collaborate with local schools and organizations to enhance program outreach.

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

Organize community events that engage teens and promote social interaction.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Document participant progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.

Experience working with teens in a mentoring or educational capacity.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create engaging and interactive programming.

Passion for youth development and community engagement.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Background check clearance required.
