OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION DESCRIPTION

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES FOR A NON-PROFIT MINISTRY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE PASSIONATE ABOUT OUR CAUSE AND BE ABLE TO MANAGE OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN TEMECULA, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

Maintain multiple email accounts for CEO and two other nonprofits

Book flights for CEO

Manage CEO's Calendar

Monitor multiple company insurance policies & complete renewal applications

Liaison between corporate office and parents

Schedule online parent meetings

Process incoming and outgoing students

Maintain student files and corporate employee files with necessary documentation

Maintain Parent/Student database & various student, parent spreadsheets

Edits to Contracts, Parent & Staff Handbooks

Type and archive Board meeting Minutes

Copy editing & correspondence

Maintain office supplies inventory & equipment

Pick up and process mail

Occasional bank deposits & misc errands

DMV Registrations and Releases for campus fleet

Fictitious Business Statement renewals

Renew Accreditation (ACI)

Refile yearly Private School Affidavit

Complete yearly Inventory Schedule for County

Create Quarterly Reports for donors

General campus administrative support
