TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SYSTEMS ADMIN PERSON
WE ARE A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY FOCUSED ON HOSTING ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOMEONE WHO IS CAPABLE OF PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO CUSTOMERS WITH A CUSTOMER FIRST MENTALITY AND GREAT RESPONSE TIME AND ALSO DO ADMINISTRATION TASKS AND WORK ON SERVERS.
This is a part time position that will turn full time.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
THE PREFERRED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
PROVIDE GREAT TECHNICAL SUPPORT CUSTOMERS (FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE)
UNDERSTANDING OF WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM
TECHNICAL SKILLS
ADMINISTRATION
TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS
MAINTENANCE OF SYSTEMS, SUCH AS BACKUPS, ANTI-VIRUS, ETC
ABILITY TO INSTALL SERVERS, CONFIGURE AND MAINTAIN
VMWARE SKILLS PREFERRED
PERFORM VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE TASKS
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST BE AVAILABLE ON NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS IN CASE OF URGENT ISSUES
BA/BS DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD.
PROVEN WORKING EXPERIENCE INSTALLING, CONFIGURING, AND TROUBLESHOOTING WINDOW SERVERS AND LINUX.
