Role Data Analyst Location San Jose, CA or RTP, NC Looking for Data Analyst with Data Analytics, Data Validation, Data Visualization and Dashboard Development experience Job Description Perform multi-channel customer feedback analysis to identify areas of improvement for customer experience Design correlation analysis and identify trends to support development of marketing programs and product launches Perform in-depth product registration and customer engagement analysis Effectively communicate results of analysis to internal business partners Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to 'tell the story' behind the numbers Develop presentations to summarize key findings Present customer insights to key stakeholders in team and one-on-one settings Analytical Process Improvement Develop processes and methods for acquiring new data sources to enrich analytical data Manage on-going maintenance and updates of customer related data attributes Develop project timelines for key deliverables, update project management system, and inform stakeholders of project time-frames Identify process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to with the goal of developing robust customer data lake Periodically review, improve, and standardize KPIs so that leadership and other internal teams can more easily interpret data Data Validation Exploratory Analysis Validate data integrity and quality of all inputs, and manage expectations with business partners Identify data gaps, propose fixes, and manage resolution with IT andor Business Intelligence team Conduct exploratory data analysis to ensure customer behavioral and experience attributes are reliable and accurate Dashboard Development Develop relevant dashboards to highlight key findings for customer insights projects Develop SQL queries to extract relevant data attributes from data warehouse Manage ongoing updates and enhancements to analytical datasets
