Title: AR Supervisor

Pay Rate or Salary Range: $31.25/hr. DOE

Benefits include health, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date).

Tekberry is looking for a motivated AR Supervisor who can work on-site with our client, a top-tier logistics service company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Back up AR Manager as necessary
• Post cash deposits
• AR Month-end close
• Online check deposit
• Assist AR Manager will be processing credit applications
• Assist AR Manager with providing credit checks on new and unapproved accounts.
• Work with legal or collection agency to resolve payment on accounts.
• Produce sales aging reports as needed.
• Able to review and identify billing errors.
• Work with sales and billing to keep customers within terms.
• Able to input all daily deposits into various accounting and transportation systems.
• Attend bi-weekly AR meetings.
• Assist with customer credits/rebates.
• Process stripe reports daily
• Audit daily deposits for month-end close
• Work with and train AR staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience as a supervisor of AR
• Superior spreadsheet skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Prior background in an accounts receivable position
• Ability to exhibit composure, patience, and confidence when facing difficult situations
• Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities
• Expertise with various types of accounting software platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data
