WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC, COLLEGE EDUCATED, ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITER TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN SAN ANTONIO, TX. NO PREVIOUS STAFFING REQUIREMENTS ARE NECESSARY AS WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify qualified candidates for placement with clients
• Proactively submit properly screened resumes to appropriate clients
• Work with Account Manager to ensure all needs are properly fulfilled
• Screen resumes and upload into our Applicant Tracking Database
• Verify applicant reference checks before placement on jobs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Above average competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Ability to furnish 2 professional references from previous employment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Making 50-100 calls a day to new candidate prospects or existing applicants from database
• Ability to work additional hours when needed
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Competitive salary + commission
• There is no limit on commission.
• First year commission typically ranges between $5,000.00 to $10,000.00.
• Promotion comes from within organization
• Benefits package at 90 days including paid vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life.
• Base pay $30,000.00 to $40,000.00
