Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, diagnose and repair their existing appliances and install new appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client requests for appliance service

Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems

Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation

Repair appliances

Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services

Adhere to manufacturer recommendations

Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances

Maintain accurate and detailed records

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred

Valid driver’s license

EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on refrigerators is preferred but not required

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

Excellent customer service skills
