Responsibilities: • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions • Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts • Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels • Represent our clients in pre-litigation using proven strategies that will increase the value of their claims Qualifications: • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school • Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload Compensation: $165,000 - $200,000 yearly
