At Prime Easily Dental, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of dental care and customer service. As our Tele Chat / Phone Chat Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they reach out to us.
Your responsibilities will include:
\- Answering incoming calls and responding to online chats from current and potential patients
\- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar for our dentists
\- Assisting patients with inquiries, billing questions, and resolving any concerns
\- Providing information about our dental services, treatment options, and insurance coverage
\- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information when necessary
\- Working closely with our dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow
\- Following up with patients to confirm appointments and gather feedback on their experience
\- Collaborating with our marketing team to promote our services and special offers through phone and chat interactions
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be a quick learner and able to adapt to different situations and personalities. It is essential to have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
\- High school diploma or equivalent
\- Experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
\- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and chats while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
\- Proficiency in using computers and navigating through various software applications
\- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
