We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele sales Representative to join our on-site sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth through outbound calls. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in tele sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present, promote our services using solid arguments tailored to customer needs.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with sales managers and the broader team to continuously improve strategy and approach.
Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for service improvement and product development.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., High Level).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive and energetic attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
