Real Hearing USA is expanding our telehealth-enabled care model and is seeking experienced TeleAudiologists to conduct remote hearing evaluations on a per-exam basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who are comfortable delivering high-quality care virtually, value flexibility, and prefer a productivity-based compensation model.

You will conduct diagnostic hearing exams using validated remote tools, interpret results, and document findings to support patient care and downstream treatment pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote hearing evaluations via teleaudiology platforms

Perform and interpret In-Situ hearing tests and other approved remote diagnostic tools

Ensure testing meets clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards

Complete accurate clinical notes and exam documentation

Collaborate with onsite clinic teams to support continuity of care

Maintain compliance with all state licensure and telehealth requirements

Required Qualifications

Active Audiology (AuD) license in at least one U.S. state

Strong preference for licensure in GA, SC, TN, IA, and/or FL

Demonstrated experience with:

In-Situ hearing testing

Remote or teleaudiology exam tools

Virtual patient interactions and counseling

Comfort working independently in a 1099 contractor model

Reliable internet connection and appropriate telehealth workspace

Preferred Experience

Prior teleaudiology or remote diagnostic experience

Familiarity with hearing aid clinical workflows and handoffs

Experience supporting multi-location clinic organizations

Efficient, exam-focused clinical style that balances quality and throughput
