Our client, a Tele Health service company, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Liaison to foster strong relationships between the Telehealth Company and Nursing Home partners.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, addressing concerns, and providing support to nursing home administrators and staff. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, and other key stakeholders.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for nursing homes, addressing questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, escalating complex concerns to internal teams as needed.
- Support and Education: Provide ongoing support and education to nursing home staff on telehealth services, best practices, and technology.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and mitigate potential issues, ensuring smooth telehealth service delivery.
- Feedback and Insights: Gather feedback from nursing homes and provide insights to improve telehealth services, processes, and policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including clinical, technical, and operational staff, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, nursing home administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with telehealth or healthcare technology is a plus
- Travel between NY and NJ every day to meet health care facilities
