Job Description

Our client is a national, online company seeking temporary staff to support their Chicago team of outbound Telesales Representatives (TSRs) in the health/wellness field. If you have call center experience in which you have proactively called on customers or healthcare patients, we need you! We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time TSR's who can either work from home or from our office in the Old Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago. This would be an open ended, temporary assignment. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

· Outbound calls to company-provided leads for hearing loss products advertised on various direct-response media platforms (TV, radio, etc).

· Listening carefully to customer/patient needs, probing and clarifying their issues, and making live transfers to our team of hearing aid specialists.

· Calling on customers who have also made inquiries online, via mail order form, or as voice message requests who are seeking further information.

· Cultivating customers on a relationship with the company that requires timely follow-up "check-ins" and other scheduled customer care initiatives. REQUIREMENTS:

· 1+ year of call center experience (outbound).

· Clear, pleasant speaking voice; good command of oral and written English.

· Experience using a progressive dialer system and CRM.

· Efficient data entry skills and the ability to enter data accurately while on the phone with customer.

· Experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and order entry systems/databases.

· Innate desire to help others, a voice that conveys interest in and empathy for the customer/patient.

· Good work ethic with a solid work history.

· Ability to work in a structured, team-based telesales/service environment. BENEFITS:

· Starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour (paid weekly)

· Daytime position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm
