    About the Role

    Cebod Telecom is hiring a driven Sales & Marketing Representative to spearhead outbound growth and build lasting customer relationships. This role blends prospecting, sales conversion, and account management—giving you ownership from the first call to long-term client success.

    You’ll focus on outbound calls to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), IT service providers, and property management firms, while also managing the accounts you bring in. That means you’ll not only win new business but also nurture it for retention and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Outbound Sales & Prospecting

    Conduct high-volume outbound calls to SMB decision-makers.

    Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns.

    Qualify prospects, identify needs, and present tailored solutions.

    Schedule and conduct discovery or demo calls.

    Account Management

    Take ownership of accounts you convert from prospect to customer.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing needs.

    Ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

    Marketing Support

    Assist in executing outbound campaigns (email, phone, social).

    Share feedback with the marketing team to refine targeting and messaging.

    Represent Cebod Telecom at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Reporting & Organization

    Keep detailed activity notes in the CRM.

    Provide regular pipeline and account updates to leadership.

    Track performance metrics to ensure goals are met.

    What We’re Looking For

    2–3 years in outbound B2B sales, inside sales, or business development.

    Experience managing customer accounts post-sale (account manager or customer success).

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

    Motivated, persuasive, and comfortable making outbound calls daily.

    Bonus: Experience in telecom, IT services, SaaS, or property management.
