Job Summary: The Telecommunication Foreman leads and supervises a crew, ensuring the construction and maintenance of high-quality telecommunications networks. This role demands adherence to customer specifications and rigorous safety protocols while managing various fieldwork aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Direct and supervise a crew, promoting efficient and quality performance.
• Project Execution: Oversee the installation of strand and fiber as per project requirements and specifications.
• Technical Skills: Interpret job prints, operate bucket trucks, and engage in pole climbing as needed.
• Documentation: Manage comprehensive documentation related to project progress, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Safety: Uphold strict safety standards to ensure a secure work environment for all crew members.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in telecommunications, specifically with strand and fiber installations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical specifications and job prints.
• Skilled in operating bucket trucks and pole climbing.
• Demonstrated leadership with prior experience in managing teams.
• Commitment to upholding safety and quality protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
